Involvement
Since the inception of Riffle Machine Works in 1980 the leadership team have dedicated themselves to not only being a staple of employment for the region, they also give back to the surrounding area.

Ross County Fair
Riffles involvement with the community includes sponsoring a day at the Ross County Fair. More recently, Riffle has also provided the fair with custom machined fire rings that will be raffled off to participants at the fair.
Blessing Box Filling
As a community project Riffle Machine Works employees took part in a Christmas food drive to fund a Blessing Box filling in the Chillicothe area.
